Spring is here!

Yes spring is here and I am just now getting Christmas pics posted!  We have had numerous death threats if people got online and saw horse pics from last year one more time.  Sincere apologies to all but we have internet at the house now so we hope to be better for a while anyways.  : )

The boys had fun camping out by the tree this year. Santa had to be in charge of keeping our presents until the last minute as the few I did put under there looked like they had gone through the dish washer within a matter of minutes.

Christmas morning everyone had to immediately change into their new pj's.  Aidan got Wall-E's and Brock Thomas the train.

Brock loves his new John Deere quilt from Nan!

My little blondies.  Brock is going to need a haircut soon so people will quit asking if he's a girl or boy.  Do that many girls wear monster truck shirts?

Our little cowboy that won't touch a horse!  He has a collection of stuffed ones that he plays "horse doctor" with.  Good boy!  If you're going to do horses at least do something where you're going to make some money!

The boys really did super during the cold weather.  It didn't seem to bother them as much this year which was good because they get so wild that they need to get out.

The huge ice and snow storm that hit the end of January caused a huge mess.  We were with out power for three days but with John manning the fireplace at night we made it through the first two days with no problem.  However when we ran out of dry firewood we had take refuge at our friend's house for one day.  We were lucky our power came back on that afternoon.  Some of our friends who live very near us didn't get power for another whole week after that.

Aidan for the first time found the joys of sledding.  He was too brave for Dad and Mom, always wanting to go faster and even trying to slide backwards.  Even though the highs that day were in the single digits we had to force him to stop sledding.  Brock on the other hand was over it and sat in the warm truck.

Here we are on our annual trip to the Farm Machinery Show for Valentine's day!  Actually they took me a day early so I didn't have to be subjected to everyone saying what a great wife I was like last year for being such a sport.  I think I might even be able to get out of going next year as both the boys only wanted to be with dad the whole time.  I see a spa day in my future!

Sorry this is sideways!

More sunny spring days on the way this week so signing off till then!

Yay! Great pictures! I haven't been too good about keeping things up either, the death threats from relatives feeling deprived are good motivation though. ;)

The boys are so cute, be glad that you have a boy with LONG hair that needs cutting rather then a girl with short hair that won't grow. People still get her confused in pink and flowers!!! HELLO! Crazy people. Maybe we should invest in a good wig. ;)
